    about content image

We set up PIP Ltd when we saw the sheer numbers of people getting into difficulty repaying their impossible debts after the property crash in 2008. We have worked for over 20 years in accounting practice which makes us diligent and forensic about process, but we are also personable and passionate about making a difference for the clients we represent.

We strive to achieve justice for the non-corporates who have suffered most in the crises, to represent the person who got saddled with debt they couldnt repay in the recession. These are usually the people who are most intimated by their creditors and by the process the banks enter into to seek repayment. We seek financial stability for the people who cant sleep at night, whose personal lives have been rocked to the core, the people who feel like they have lost everything.

    Personal Insolvency Act 2012/2015

Personal Insolvency Act 2012/2015, enacted October 2015, brings major changes to how debt settlement is managed and will make it much easier to get banks and creditors to engage in the debt settlement process. Up until now a bank could block an application. Now, if Creditors refuse a proposal then Pip Ltd can go to court to apply to the judge to accept a proposal and override decision of the creditor or bank. If the judge feels like everything is handled correctly, then debt restructure will be approved. This represents a big change and will significantly turn the tide on debt resettlement approvals.
